Switch to a permissive MIT-based license - #30

Replaces the Business Source License 1.1 with a modified MIT License.

• Anyone may now use, modify, self-host, resell, or offer the panel as a hosted/managed service - no more restriction on competing with the original author, no Change Date/commercial-license gate.
• Kept requirement: any deployment must retain the copyright notice, plus visible attribution and a link back to this repo in the UI/docs (same attribution clause as before).
• Updated the README's License section to match.
